Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using OpenRPA.
2. Integrate RPA workflows with various internal systems via APIs, databases, and user interfaces.
3. Develop reusable automation components and maintain existing bots.
4. Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services to support RPA solutions.
5. Create integration logic between RPA workflows and existing enterprise applications.
6. Optimize backend logic for performance, scalability, and security.
7. Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand automation requirements & participate in solution design, code reviews, and testing phases.
8. Monitor bot performance and provide support for issue resolution and enhancements.
9. Create and maintain technical documentation for bots and backend systems.

Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with OpenRPA.
2. Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core for backend development.
3. Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and database operations (SQL Server/MySQL).
4. Experience in integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, internal apps, etc.).
5. Familiarity with process automation best practices and exception handling.
